Marshall H. Tanick and Teresa J. Ayling serve as arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and are certified by the Minnesota Supreme Court as a mediator and arbitrator under Rule 114. One of our lawyers serves on the Employment Advisory Committee of the AAA. Our lawyers frequently write and lecture on the topic of mediation and arbitration, and have been chosen by local courts to serve as special masters in complex litigation.

Marshall H. Teresa J. Ayling is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is a qualified neutral included on the Minnesota State Court Administrator's roster of neutrals and is available to perform early neutral evaluation and neutral fact-finding. Ms. Ayling has been appointed to serve as mediator or arbitrator in more than 100 cases and has experience in claims of employment discrimination; sexual harassment; breach of contract and non-compete agreements; privacy law; defamation; commercial disputes; business disputes; shareholder disputes; and disability insurance disputes.

The Firm represents businesses and individuals in all arbitration hearings (binding or non-binding arbitration) and other mediation and ADR settings.
