Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, P.A. is conveniently located one block from the new Hiawatha Light-Rail Line. Take the train to the "Government Plaza" stop, get off and walk one block west to the US Bank Plaza Building, formerly known as the Pillsbury Center, a white office tower across from the Government Center and kiddie-corner from the old City Hall building. Validated Parking Ramp From the North:

Take 1-35W south to Washington Avenue. Turn right on Washington Avenue. Then proceed to 4th Ave and turn left. Proceed to 6th St. and turn left. Left again on 5th Ave. and turn immediately left into the parking ramp.

Validated Parking Ramp From the Northwest Down I-94:

Take 1-94 East to the 4th Street Exit. Proceed on 4th Street to the intersection with 4th Avenue. Turn Right onto 4th Avenue. Proceed two blocks to 6th Street. Turn Left onto 6th Street. Proceed one block to 5th Avenue. Turn Left onto 5th Avenue. Immediately turn left into the first parking ramp entrance after turning onto 5th Avenue.

Validated Parking Ramp From the West:

Take I-394 Downtown to the 6th Street Exit. Proceed on 6th Street to the intersection with 5th Avenue. Turn Left onto 5th Avenue. Immediately turn Left again into the first parking ramp entrance after turning onto 5th Avenue.

Validated Parking Ramp From the East:

Take I-94 West to the South 5th Street Exit. Proceed on 5th Street as it curves around the Metrodome to South 5th Avenue. Cross 5th Avenue traveling on 5th Street and enter the first parking ramp entrance to your left after crossing 5th Avenue.

Validated Parking Ramp From the South:

Take I-35W North to the 5th Avenue Exit. Proceed on 5th Avenue to the intersection with 5th Street. Turn Left onto 5th Street. Immediately turn Left again into the first parking ramp entrance after turning onto 5th Street.

How to get to our office from the Ramp:

Bring your parking ticket and walk through the Hennepin County Government Center, following the Skyway to US Bank Plaza, formerly known as the Pillsbury Center. A US Bank office will be on your right when you enter US Bank Plaza and the elevators are on your left. Take an elevator to the 17th floor

Directions to the West Suburban Office

From the North: Take Hwy 100 South. Take the Cedar Lake Road exit. As you are getting off of the ramp, we are the very first right off of the ramp.

From the South: Take Hwy 100 North to the Cedar Lake Road exit. Take the exit and circle all the way around the old Westside Volkswagen dealership to the light at Cedar Lake Road. Take a right at Cedar Lake Road, cross under Hwy 100, and continue to the first stop light. Take a right at the stop light going towards the entrance to Hwy 100 south and the building is the last left you can take before getting on Hwy 100.

From the East: Take 394 west to Park Place /Xenia Exit. At top of ramp turn left. Go through all lights until you get to Cedar Lake Road/Parkdale Drive. Take a left as if you are going to get onto Hwy 100 going south. Going towards the highway the building is the last left you can take before getting on Hwy 100.

From the West: Take 394 east to Park Place /Xenia Exit. At top of ramp, turn right. Go through all lights until you get to Cedar Lake Road/Parkdale Drive. Take a left as if you are going to get onto Hwy 100 going south. Going towards the highway the building is the last left you can take before getting on Hwy 100.

Directions to the St. Paul Office

From the East: Take I-94 west until the Snelling Ave. Exit, and turn right onto Snelling. Proceed one short block, and turn left. You will see the large, green tiled building on the corner of Snelling and University, Spruce Tree Center. Attached parking ramp is in the back. Applebee’s is on the ground floor.

From the West: Take I-94 east until the Snelling Exit, and turn left onto Snelling. Proceed two short blocks, and turn left. You will see the large, green tiled building on the corner of Snelling and University, Spruce Tree Center. Attached parking ramp is in the back. Applebee’s is on the ground floor. We are located in Suite 310, office sharing with the law firm of Krug & Zupke. Please ask to get your parking ticket validated.

Directions from the North or South: Depending where you are coming from, go to I-94 as you normally would, and follow the directions for either east or west above.

Driving Instrucations for Willson Road, Edina Location

We are located in the Edina area of Minneapolis. That puts us south of St. Louis Park, and North of Bloomington, off of Highway 100.

From 94W (St. Paul): Take the 94West until it merges into the 394W. Take the 100 south off 394. Going South on 100 you will come to the Vernon/50th Exit which is in the Edina area. Stay left on the ramp. At the top of the ramp turn left and go over the overpass. At the stoplight turn righ onto Grange Road. Drive up to the stop sign. You will see a Perkins Restaurant. Cross through that intersection and follow along taking the frontage road which turns into Willson Road. We are the first white four-story building you will see on your right. Our suite is on the ground floor.

From 494: If you are coming from Highway 494, you will need to take highwary 100 North, and get off at the Vernon/59th Exit in the Edina Area. Stay to your right and go through the yield sign and then stop at the stop sign. You will see Perkins on your right. Cross the intersection and follow on along the frontage road which turns into Willson Road. We are the first white four-story building you will on your right. Our suite is on the ground floor.

From 169S: Take the 169 going north, take the 62 going East, and take the 100 going North. Take the Vernon/50th Exit in the Edina area. Stay to your right and go through the yield sign and then stop at the sotp sign. You will see Perkins on your right. Cross the intersection and follow along the frontage road which turns into Willson Road. Weare the first white four-story building you will see on your right. Our suite is on the ground floor.

From 35W: From 35W take the 62 West. Take 100 North and exit at the Vernon/50th Exit in the Edina Area. Stay to your right and go through the yield sign and then stop at the stop sign. You will se Perkins on your right. Cross the intersection and follow on along the frontage road which turns into Willson Road. We are the first white four-story building you will see on your right. Our suite is on the ground floor.

Directions to Woodbury office

Traveling South on I-694: (I) Take the TAMARACK ROAD exit - exit 58C. (2) Turn left on Tamarack Road. (3) Proceed to BIELENBERG DRIVE and turn right. (4) Continue on Bielenberg Drive to CURRELL BOULEVARD (0.8 mile) and turn left. (5) Our Parking Lot is the 2nd on the left - Across from the Woodbury Post Office. NOTE: We are located on the 2nd Floor.

(6) Our Parking Lot is the 2nd on the Left - Across from the Woodbury Post Office. NOTE: We ore located on the 2nd Floor.
