• Mansfield Tanick & Cohen was a sponsor for the Arthritis Foundation Twin Cities Walk held on September 26, 2009.  Paralegal Molly Scott was the firm representative for the firm's table while Attorney Denise Y. Tataryn headed a walking team on behalf of the firm.
• Denise Y. Tataryn was a co-presenter for the Hennepin County Labor and Employment Section, speaking on "ERISA Litigation Update" held on October 6.
• On October 7, 2009, Earl H. Cohen and Jeffrey C. O'Brien appeared at the 2009 Fall Small Business Resource Expo on behalf of the Firm, an event hosted by the publishers of New Business Minnesota, a client of the Firm.

• Jeffrey C. O'Brien will be speaking on social media for lawyers at a Hennepin County Bar Association CLE on November 17, 2009.
• Denise Y. Tataryn will be speaking about Disability Benefits at the Minnesota State Bar Association CLE, "Fundamentals of Employee Benefits for Non-Specialists," to be held on November 18, 2009.
• Also on November 18, 2009, Jeffrey C. O'Brien will be speaking on residential real estate short sale transactions at a CLE sponsored by the Ramsey County Bar Association.
