Ayling presented the segment, Mediator Ethics: Objective Standards & Subjective Practices, at an American Arbitration Association CLE program entitled Advanced Mediator Training June 11, 2010. Ms. Ayling will act as an arbitration Coach in an upcoming Minnesota State Bar Association CLE for the training of arbitrators.

It is free, open to the general public, and will be held at 2515 Wabasha Ave. Suite LL1, St. Paul, MN 55114. It is on July 12, 2010 from 10 to 11 a.m. She will touch upon unemployment compensation, COBRA, contract issues, discrimination, whistleblowing, and disability insurance.
