- Attorney Brian N. Niemczyk took part in the "Ask the Attorney" presentation at the Working Together Conference on March 10, 2009, co-hosted by the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association ("MHA"), in which he fielded questions on a wide variety of questions related to landlord-tenant law. Mr. Niemczyk also serves on MHA's Professional Education Committee.
- On March 19, MT&C Attorney Phillip Trobaugh will participate as a panel member discussing School Rules at the annual Law Expo. The Expo is an annual event for area high school students to spend the day attending seminars addressing legal topics, and is a joint program hosted by the Hennepin and Ramsey County Bar Associations. This is Mr. Trobaugh's 12th year of participation.

- On March 29, 2009, the INCubation Center® will be exhibiting at the Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce's 23rd Annual Business Expo. The Business Expo is scheduled for one day only - Sunday, March 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additional space, more visibility for exhibitors, plus a Taste of Elk River Food Court are all part of the day's activities at the Elk River High School located at 900 School Street in Elk River. Admission is free.

- On April 21, 2009, Jeffrey C. O'Brien will participate in a panel discussion for the Financial Planners Association of Minnesota on the topic of "When the Mansion turns into a Money Pit." The panelists will provide an update on the housing market, discuss the current trends regarding appraisals/refinancing, foreclosures, reverse mortgages, and other related issues.
