Meet the Firm's New Associate
ASSOCIATE: EMERIC J. DWYER
On May 4, 2009, Emeric J. Dwyer joined Mansfield Tanick & Cohen as an associate attorney.
Mr. Dwyer has been active in a wide variety of litigation since his graduation, cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law including real estate and mechanics’ lien litigation, commercial litigation, and appellate work. Mr. Dwyer also works with a number of clients on business transactions.
A native of Duluth, Minnesota, Mr. Dwyer traveled to Iowa to study Political Science and Public Relations. During his time there he was active in local journalism and interned for Congressman Jim Oberstar of Minnesota in Washington, D.C. He then returned to Minnesota to attend Hamline University School Of Law.
While in law school Mr. Dwyer was an associate with the Hamline Law Review, a member of the Giles Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Team (a team he now coaches), and otherwise active with a number of extracurricular programs. He also attended Queen Mary University, School of London in 2006 where he studied international commercial arbitration.
