Firm Adds New Offices, Attorneys

Mansfield Tanick & Cohen has added two branch offices, one in Prescott, Wisconsin, managed by its Of Counsel, Jerome S. Rice, and another in Pennington, Minnesota, just north of Bemidji, in North Central Minnesota, managed by its Of Counsel, John Herrera.

Jerry Rice has over 43 years experience and is a very seasoned and renowned civil trial litigator providing high quality legal service to clients since 1964. He currently focuses his practice on personal injury, governmental misconduct, professional liability and a broad range of commercial litigation. Mr. Rice has obtained for his clients several multi-million dollar personal injury and wrongful death settlements.

John Herrera, who holds both a JD and an MBA, continues in that dual track, operating both his law practice and his equipment leasing business, LakeView Leasing, In addition to being licensed in Minnesota, Mr. Herrera is a highly respected member of the Chippewa (Ojibwa) Tribe, has been a Tribal Judge, and continues to be licensed in the Tribal Bar. Prior to becoming Of Counsel to the Firm and starting his new equipment leasing business, LakeView Leasing, John was the co-founder/owner of First American Capital Management Group, Inc., a well known equipment lessor to various large corporations. Then and now, his equipment leasing business operates nationally throughout the United States.
