Marshall H. Tanick (second from left) recently gave a guest lecture at an employment discrimination class taught by Professor Susan Sanger (far left) at the University of St. Thomas Law School. Mr. Tanick discussed a variety of issues in connection with handling employment cases in general, including harassment and discrimination matters, on behalf of claimants as well as defending those cases. His presentation took place at the law school building in downtown Minneapolis. Following the presentation, Mr. Tanick answered questions from two of the students in the class, Charles Adou and Paula Schmidt. |
Mansfield Tanick & Cohen Attorney Plays Santa for Legal Aid
Attorney Steve Parsons represented the firm in the annual Santa Run to Benefit Legal Aid on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis on December 1. Appropriately, it took place in the middle of our first major snowstorm of the season. More than 200 adults, children, and dogs participated in the run to have fun and raise money to support free civil legal services for poor and disadvantaged Minnesotans.
While the weather took its toll on the number of actual participants (more than 400 registered), it's hoped that the participants raised more than $20,000 to support legal aid.
