Attorney Jeffrey O'Brien Named to "Rising Stars" List for Second Consecutive Year

Mansfield Tanick & Cohen is pleased to announce that Jeffrey C. O'Brien, a partner with the firm, has been named to Minnesota Law & Politics' "2009 Rising Stars" list, a distinction awarded to only 2.5 percent of Minnesota attorneys. This is his second consecutive year receiving this distinction.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas and William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minn., Mr. O'Brien practices in the areas of business transactions, real estate law and estate planning, and he also serves as the firm's Marketing Partner. He works with a variety of small and medium-sized businesses including several startup businesses as part of the firm's INCubation Center® program.

Licensed to practice in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin, he is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Association of Microbusinesses (AAM).
