Rose successfully defended a foreclosure by action matter initiated by a large local bank while at the same time protecting the client's equity in the property. This recent victory marks the end of a six-year battle over the property, which was continually attacked by alleged creditors in attempt to obtain the property's equity. Due to the victory the client will receive a clean certificate of title and now be able to enjoy the property free from unsupported interests in the property which opinion was recently affirmed by the Court of Appeals for the State of Minnesota.
