PARKER & WENNER FIRM FORMS, MOVES IN ALONGSIDE MANSFIELD TANICK & COHEN

Mansfield Tanick & Cohen is pleased to welcome its newest neighbor, the Parker & Wenner law firm, to its suite in the U.S. Bank Plaza.

Parker & Wenner attorneys Boris Parker and Nic Wenner have recently formed their own firm and now hold office within Mansfield Tanick & Cohen's downtown Minneapolis headquarters. Boris and Nic have successfully worked together at a different firm for almost 10 years. They decided now is the opportune time to reunite in a setting that allows them to offer a wide range of services to their clients in a competent and cost-effective manner. They bring with them the capable assistance of their long-serving legal support staff who are essential to their ability to provide services promptly and efficiently.

Parker & Wenner provide a variety of legal services to businesses and individuals, including complex civil and commercial litigation, corporate formation and risk management, real estate, domestic and international transactions, immigration, all matters of family law, wills and trust, estate planning and probate.

Parker & Wenner is the latest in the long line of co-tenants and "of counsels" to offer a synergistic relationship with Mansfield Tanick & Cohen. We congratulate Boris and Nic on their new firm, and we welcome them to our offices.
