Mansfield Tanick & Cohen's INCubation Center®, a unique, comprehensive program designed specifically for startup businesses in their formative years, will be building upon its already fast start in the coming months with the following events:

• The second quarterly INCubation Briefing for 2008, entitled "Estate and Business Succession Planning for the Business Owner", featuring Earl H. Cohen and Robert J. Callahan, will take place at Mansfield Tanick & Cohen's Minneapolis office on Thursday, April 24, 2008. For more information on the briefing, click here.

• The INCubation Center®, along with the Firm's transactional attorneys - Earl H. Cohen, Gregory M. Miller and Jeffrey C. O'Brien - will be featured in the May 2008 edition of New Business Minnesota. O'Brien will attend the 10th annual AAM Small Business Expo & Conference, produced by the American Association of MicroBusinesses ("AAM"), scheduled for May 15th at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Mansfield Tanick & Cohen and its INCubation Center® have recently become members of the AAM and the Firm will have an informational booth at the Expo.
