- Attorney Jeffrey O'Brien participated in a panel discussion for the Financial Planners Association of Minnesota on Tuesday, April 21, regarding issues in the current real estate market. Mr. O'Brien discussed foreclosures, short sales and the amended First Time Home Tax Credit.
