- Marshall H. Tanick and Charles A. Horowitz successfully represented a student suing the Law School Admission Counsel in federal court based upon its failure to accommodate the student's disability during administration of the LSAT. Mansfield Tanick & Cohen overcame LSAC's summary judgment motion, following which the case settled pursuant to a confidential settlement agreement.
- Gregory B. Perleberg is teaching music copyright law at the McNally Smith College of Music.
