ArticlesFirm Adds Two New PartnersMansfield Tanick & Cohen is pleased to announce that Susan H. Stephan and Rick L. Petry have joined the Firm as Partners. Susan Stephan's practice focuses on intellectual property, e-commerce and the Internet, as well as on general corporate legal matters. She has worked with a variety of clients in industries including software development, computer technology, health care, human resources consulting, engineering, and the sports and entertainment communities. Susan has taught as adjunct faculty at Hamline's Law School since 2001, where she currently teaches in the areas of Law and Economics, Antitrust, Workers' Compensation and Deposition Skills. A frequent presenter at seminars and continuing legal education programs, Susan also is an active member of the Antitrust Section, Business Law Section, and Cyberspace Law Committee of the American Bar Association and of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Antitrust Section and Art and Entertainment Section, of which she is a past chair. Susan received her B.S. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law. Rick Petry specializes in commercial and real estate litigation, personal injury and criminal defense. Rick received his B.A. from Eastern Washington University and his J.D. from Hamline University.
