• Attorney Seymour J. Mansfield is part of the first class of Minnesota lawyers certified as Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Labor and Employment Law Specialists. Mansfield Tanick & Cohen now has three Certified Legal Specialists as Seymour joins Marshall Tanick (Civil Trial) and Jeffrey O'Brien (Real Property) in having this distinction.

• Jeffrey O'Brien participated in a panel discussion on March 7, 2011 at the monthly meeting of the American Council of Engineering Companies - Minnesota Chapter. The topic was "How to Gain and Retain Clients Using Social Media."

• On March 22, 2011, Jeffrey O'Brien presented to Lee Hecht Harrison's E-Team; his topic was "Business Law 101 for Business Owners aka Why the Heck Do You Need a Business Attorney."
