- Jeffrey O'Brien was a presenter at the SCORE - St. Paul Chapter's "Going Into Business" seminar on February 15, 2011. His topic was "Why the Heck Do You Need a Business Attorney?"
- Seymour Mansfield, a founder, director and executive committee member of The Fund for The Legal Aid Society and its 2008 Honoree, has been chosen to Chair the Funds Steering Committee for the Jeremy Lane Lawyer Fellowship, in honor of Mid-Minnesota Legal Assistance's retiring, outstanding Executive Director-which seeks to raise $600,000 to support lawyer fellows for six years to work in four different parts of MMLA. Jerry Lane, who succeeded Seymour as MMLA's chief officer will also be the Honoree at the next Annual Fund Dinner on May 5, 2011.
