Pam Ricker, Ricker & Associates, Ltd.

Pam Ricker, the owner of Ricker and Associates, has been in public accounting since 1980. She obtained her CPA certification in 1992. She has always worked with firms specializing in small business accounting and income taxes. From 1996 through 2001 she had the position of corporate controller for a group of equipment and special events rental stores. The time spent as a controller is also valuable to assisting her clients as she was responsible for acquiring all financing, insurance quotes and handling all human resource functions in addition to the accounting needs. In 2009 Pam was a finalist for Twin West Chamber of Commerce Emerging Entrepreneur.

Jeffrey C. O'Brien, Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A.

Jeffrey C. O'Brien is a partner with the Minneapolis law firm of Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, practicing in the areas of business transactions, real estate law and estate planning. He is licensed to practice in the States of Minnesota and Wisconsin. A primary emphasis of Jeff's practice is working with startup businesses and entrepreneurs through the Firm's INCubation Center® program which provides a comprehensive, relationship-based approach to launching and growing new ventures.

Gregory B. Perleberg, Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A.

Gregory B. Perleberg is a Partner with Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A. and a member of the firm's Business Law Group. Greg specializes in a wide spectrum of e-commerce, technology and intellectual property areas. In addition to his law firm experience, Greg spent over seven years at IBM, working closely with software developers, hardware designers and manufacturers, professional associations, marketing and sales teams, advertising agencies, as well as strategic business partners. He also worked for a major publishing company, focusing in the areas of electronic products development and distribution.

Greg's clients include software and hardware companies, food and beverage manufacturers, technology consultants and developers, healthcare organizations, start-up businesses, filmmakers, publishers and individual artists (e.g., musicians and writers). He also provides general counsel services to a broad array of businesses.

Because of his diverse experience, Greg is able to offer clients significant market insight and understanding of the business needs and pressures of both large and small companies. Greg is graduate of the Minnesota High Tech Association's Ace Leadership Program, an initiative for next generation technology leaders.

Greg is very active in the arts and entertainment community in the Twin Cities.

Deborah Boardley, Boardley Consulting Group, LLC

Deborah Boardley is the President of Boardley Consulting Group, LLC., which she founded in 2007. Boardley Consulting Group is an innovative communications consulting firm specializing in coaching business executives and companies looking to strategically fine tune their verbal and non-verbal communication skills in order to position themselves as a leader in their industry. Along with a degree in Communications, Deborah has been working with Financial Service and Sales representatives for over 10 years. From working for a hearse and limousine dealership to working as the Operations Manager for a major life insurance carrier, Deborah has always enjoyed being in sales in one form or another. She loves getting people excited about what they are doing and giving them the tools they need to be confident, effective communicators.

Denise Y. Tataryn, Mansfield Tanick & Cohen, P.A.

Denise Yegge Tataryn is a shareholder of Mansfield Tanick & Cohen. She joined the firm in 1987. Previously, Ms. Tataryn served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Pamela Alexander in the Hennepin County District Court. In 1991, she took a senior attorney position with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, a federal governmental agency, in Washington, D.C. where she stayed for six years. In 1999 she returned to Mansfield Tanick & Cohen. She serves as Chair of the Firm's Disability Practice Group, which has successfully represented hundreds of disabled clients seeking disability benefits. Ms. Tataryn has devoted most of her legal career to the practice of ERISA and Employment law litigation. Ms. Tataryn is a frequent speaker on both subjects.

Ms. Tataryn graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1986. She is an honors graduate from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in Business Administration. She has served at each level of the legal career ladder, starting out as a legal assistant, then as paralegal and law clerk before practicing as a licensed attorney. Ms. Tataryn and her husband, Andrew, have two children, Taras and Aleksa.

Julie McDonald, iVision Human Resources

As a small business owner, Julie understands how business runs and the cumulative effect of many moving components to the bottom line. Clients value her ability to guide them towards solutions which make good business sense. Julie's effective leadership style empowers her clients to succeed. She possesses a solid record from HR Generalist to HR Director; balancing the duties required of her clients.
