Stephen H. Parsons is an Associate of Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, P.A. who is licensed to practice in the State and Federal courts in Minnesota. He practices in the areas of employment law and business litigation, representing both employers and employees in the areas of contract negotiations, severance issues, discrimination complaints, trade secret issues, non-competition agreements, and whistle-blower complaints. Mr. Parsons also represents clients on claims involving professional licensure, partnership and minority shareholder disputes, ERISA long-term disability claims, and land-use issues. He is an active participant in the Hennepin County Bar Association's volunteer lawyers network.

Mr. Parsons and Kathryn Rosebear live in Minneapolis and are active gardeners, having received multiple Blooming Boulevards Awards from the Minneapolis Park Board. Mr. Parsons enjoys cooking and specializes in barbeque. He is a golfer, a whitewater canoeist and is a past Chairman of the United States Canoe and Kayak Team (the National Governing Body for the Olympic sport of canoe/kayak) and the National Slalom and Wildwater Committee of the American Canoe Association.
