Mr. Rice is a well-known, respected trial lawyer who has offered professional and caring service to clients since 1964. Obtained the largest civil rights verdict in Minnesota in Dick v. Watonwan County Social Services, et al.

Successfully represented the Committee to Save the Roseau County Seat in state and federal district courts and the court of appeals.

Successfully represented Marlin Torgeson in a shareholder control dispute for control of Casino Magic Corporation. (Holmes v. Torgeson).
